Weight Training Advantages

Long legs vs Long upper body for punching power?
Would having longer legs be better for fighting then a longer upper-body? Assuming they intensely weight-trained that muscle. Legs and core/back are both important for fighting so which gets the advantage for punching power?
Well, if your punching by putting your whole body in then probably the long legs, because most of the power comes from the legs (if you are using the correct technique)
